  • You can book online through our website at any time. We use an easy online booking system where you can select your preferred stylist, service, date, and time. Walk-ins are welcome when stylists are available, but we recommend booking ahead to guarantee your preferred time slot.

  • Yes! We welcome new clients and love meeting new people. Many of our clients found us through Google reviews or friend recommendations. First-time clients especially appreciate our free color consultations if you're considering color services.

  • We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance for regular cuts, and 3-4 weeks for color services, especially if you want a specific stylist. Our stylists Marie, Elyse, Kitana, and Colleen, all have loyal followings, so popular time slots fill up quickly.

  • We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. You can modify or cancel your appointment through the online booking system.

  • We accept walk-ins when stylists are available, but appointments get priority. We recommend calling ahead or booking online to avoid disappointment, especially on weekends.
